You understand that you may have as many profiles as you want to donate at the time of registration or in the future for the donation of 10 Dollars USDT per profile.

You agree that you are aware of the taxation laws of your country, and that it is your personal duty to comply with the required taxation laws, specific to the act of gifting in your country. You understand and agree that it is impossible for PR to be knowledgeable concerning the tax laws of every country in which we have Members, and we therefore can offer no tax advice.

You agree to conduct yourself with humility, professionalism, and respect for the PR community. This includes a commitment to honesty, integrity, and wholesome language in all PR platforms and communications.

PR is an automated website which organizes the activities of giving and receiving of gifts between community members. You understand and agree to gift your donation prior to being placed on the gifting matrix. You understand that gifts are donated in accordance with the guidelines provided, and you acknowledge that this activity is not designed for selfish gain, but that we engage to uplift others and in so doing, we uplift ourselves. You agree to abide by the guidelines as set forth by PR and to strive to uphold the community ethos and integrity and to respect the core of this heartfelt activity: "Sowing a Gift and Reaping in Abundance.”

PR reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity when communicating by any means (including but not limited to Telegram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, “X”, email, or phone) with PR or any of its Members.

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity including but not limited to acting or attempting to channel funds or in any way promote child trafficking, money laundering, terrorism, or any other anti-human illegal activities, or other activities which infringe on the rights of PR, its Members, or others. ____Referring and Sponsorship

You understand and agree that participants of PR do not receive a commission or any other form of remuneration for sharing the PR initiative with others. The invitation of a new participant is not for personal gain but is solely for the purpose of growing our community and blessing the members that participate therein.

You understand that this activity is by private invitation only and that the invitation link is to only be shared personally with an invitee and not distributed on social media.

You may donate as many additional positions as you desire with your received donations, and you are also encouraged to share your blessings by gifting additional positions to others in need from your donations. In this way, you are helping the people who most need it and the whole PR community at large, yourself included. Your additional donating may also be used to register charitable organizations, charities, Churches, orphanages, Projects of Various Types, etc. Please be a responsible Leader, assuring that any organization you register is legally registered and correctly functioning as the type of organization they claim to be according to their country’s government regulations.

____Age Requirement

PR has no restriction on age for the registration of new profiles. However, PR will comply with the laws of any country that does restrict minors from participating in this program. Additionally, any membership started by a person under the age of 18 years will not be able to enroll in any related additional income opportunities until they reach their 18th birthday.

____Death of Member and Transferring or Selling of Membership Accounts

You are not permitted to rent out your membership for any reason.

You are not permitted to resell your membership any time during its first 10-Years for any amount greater than 10 Dollars USDT. Reselling a membership account younger than 10-Years for more than 10 Dollars USDT will result in immediate termination of both members’ accounts. (See Violation of These Terms of Use)

You are not permitted to sell a new PR membership opportunity for any amount greater than 10 dollars USDT. Selling an PR opportunity for more than 10 Dollars USDT constitutes fraud and will result in the immediate termination of the seller’s account. (See Violation of These Terms of Use)

Profiles can be transferred from one member to another or to a Trust, Company, Organization, Church, or Charity with written consent signed by both parties and a third-party witness with a notarized seal when available in your country of residence. These transfers must be completed before the Date of Death of the original member to be valid.

Memberships are no longer considered active upon the death of a member and are forfeited back to PR to redistribute at PR’s discretion, unless written into a legally transacted Will or Trust, or legally transferred as described above prior to the Member’s passing.

____Accounts, Passwords, Wallets, Secret Phrases, Authentication Keys, and Security

PR reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion for the following reasons: Illegal or unethical practices including but not limited to human or drug trafficking, money laundering, unethical or fraudulent behavior, or breaking any of the above Terms of Use, or if a member is found charging any amount greater than 10 Dollars USDT for a New or Resold Membership Account as described above (Death of Member and Transferring or Selling of Membership Accounts). Upon termination, PR has the complete authority to cease all payments towards the registered wallet address and assign the future earnings into another wallet at the discretion of PR. These funds will be allocated to a nonprofit or charitable organization which has applied for a funding opportunity and has been verified completely by PR.

You agree upon membership termination to release any current or future earnings as of the date of the termination. After the investigation of the Terms of Use Violations by Management has been completed, and documented termination notices have been delivered to a terminated member, the rendered funds cannot be disputed in any recovery attempt. These communications may be in any form including email, letter, text message, or other methods available at the time.

Additionally, PR may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) PR’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the Site, including PR’s Members. If PR does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, PR will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to PR. You agree that PR will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

____Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of your country of residence without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in your country of residence, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
